Self Defense Seminar at Three Sisters Gardens

Join us for a Free One and a Half Hour Self-Defense Seminar at Three Sisters Gardens, open to the community and based on the fundamentals of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. 

In this interactive session, you’ll learn practical self-defense techniques designed to defend against common real-world threats, including escapes from grabs, chokes, and strikes.

Taught by certified Gracie instructors, this beginner-friendly seminar focuses on both verbal and physical strategies to help you feel empowered and prepared. No prior experience needed—just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to learn. Perfect for individuals of all ages and fitness levels!
